Not even one drop of rain fell in Tampa today. It seriously went right around us. ALL of the surrounding counties have been getting rained on all day. Weird.
My boss did close the office today though. The free day was nice & unproductive.
So, what is the latest today? Looks like Fay is just sitting on the east coast of Florida. Any rain your way yet? There is some major flooding on the Atlantic coast. The Red Cross is starting to deploy disaster volunteers to the area....that's when you know it's bad!

Taking tomorrow off. Gonna start raining pretty hard tonight. It might hit just a little south of us. If that happens, we're fine.
Really, either way, I'm not too worried. Only get concerned if it reaches a category 3.

Looks like it's heading south of Tampa. It will probably land a couple hundred miles south of us. It will be rainy and very windy tomorrow though.

I do have somewhere to go if things get worse. My trusty Jeep will get me there.
