Currently..........

I am currently ill. Had a fever since Thursday...getting better slowly though. Everything is ok though.

So there is an album of the day today & that's why I logged in.

Hall & Oats
"Big Bam Boom"

This is by far the best album of theirs. The first track is a dancehall song that sounds a lot like Herbie Hancock's "Rock It".....I know you remember that song. That first track actually transitions into "Out of Touch, Out of Time". Priceless in my opinion.

Good Week So Far..........

Man that last blog was super depressing. Sorry. All better now.

Well, been dating this other girl named Deanna ever since the last blog. She's an occupational therapist that I've worked with in the past. She asked me out right after my last blog! From Mississippi and she sure has that accent.

Staying very busy & helping a lot of people this month. Think I might get about 6 power chairs. $! A few hospital beds too. Check this out.......I just ordered a $400 cushion. Medicare will pay for a Roho (brand) cushion and pay $400 for it! Lucky ass.

The Communication now has 8 original songs & we're going to start practicing to a click track/metronome so we can get used to it. We will have to do that when we record. Hopefully, we can do that soon.

I hope you're checking out the album of the day on a regular basis. I figured that would be a good way to hook you up with a good album that I've found. No big deal though. Maybe they all suck.

Most of my music comes from emusic.com. Join & get 50 downloads, then $10 a month for 30 downloads. That's like three albums a month for $10. It's all more underground stuff....that's how it's so cheap. Great search engine. If you want to join, please give me a reference.

Album of the day: Soulcoughing - "El Oso"

This Weekend.............

Is anybody else having a particularly bad weekend? I mean there are days, and there are days. -Heard that in a movie.

Went through a sudden breakup with April AND our house dog , Candy, died the next morning. Buried her myself out back. This sucks.

All is fine. I just wanted to mention it to you because it kind of sounds like a country/western song. LOL! These things happen. Appreciate your mate because they could be gone in an instant.

My good buddy, Greg, recommended three things: Death Metal Music, Weights & Beer. I thought that was funny too.

Album of the Weekend:
Great Lake Swimmers (self titled album)

The first GLS song on that album is great. The whole album was recorded in an abandoned silo. You can hear the crickets in the recording.

Right, Right.......

I'm ok. Everything's fine. I went to the Dr because I have been getting very severe headaches for the past two months leading up to my fall. My blood pressure dropped & I just fainted while I was walking down the hall. Headaches have been less frequent.

Album of the day:
Beck - "Guero"
